Arashiyama Nature and Cuisine Course

This course will take you around the Arashiyama area. Once you've taken in the scenery on a comfy, modern bus, we will head to the
World Heritage Site,
Tenryu-ji Temple. Stroll around a Zen garden and dine on a special tofu meal.
(About 7 hours)
The tram follows the Hozu River from Kameoka to Arashiyama. The glass rooftop of the tram allows for an unobstructed view of the area's beauty.

Tenryu-ji Temple has a Zen garden dating from the 14th Century. A triumph of design, the garden features a large pond known for its mirror-like reflection of the surrounding maple trees and large rocks.

3. Chikusen→13:00~14:00
Around Seiryo-ji Temple you'll find a variety of tofu shops and other restaurants specializing in Kyoto cuisine. In the past, monks relied on tofu as their primary source of protein. Why not give it a try while you are in the ancient city?
