Gion Fukuzumi 【East Area】

Gion Fukuzumi is a traditional Japanese inn conveniently located for shopping and sightseeing. The rooftop bath features an excellent view and is open to all guests.
The Gion Fukuzumi is in Gion, one of the most famous districts in all of Japan and the best place to spot apprentice Geisha and tea houses. Within walking distance you will find Chion-in Temple, home to the San-mon gate, the largest wooden structure of its kind in Japan. You can also stroll to Higashiyama, the best sightseeing area in the city where Kiyomizudera Temple, a World Heritage site, Heian Shrine, Nanzenji Temple, and Yasaka Shrine are all located. The rooms combine Japanese tradition with Western convenience. On the sixth floor visitors can take a dip in the public bath with a view or the open air bath. There is a computer for visitors to use free of charge in the lobby, but you are welcome to use your own computer as well.
